It was fantastic to see recipients of our 2021 Community Sponsorship funding, Riana Cricket Club, putting their new scoreboard to good use.
Located in close proximity to our Tasmanian manufacturing and agricultural facilities, the Riana Cricket Club is a member of the Burnie Cricket League. The club has over 100 registered senior and junior members and plays a large role in the health and wellbeing of the community through providing an environment where families can come together to enjoy social events - and of course cricket!
We bring our purpose of "Contributing to Feeding Our World" to life through our community sponsorship program. It keeps our regional connections active and promotes healthier living.
Their winning result was proudly displayed on a scoreboard, which our community funding helped them to purchase. Simplot is part of many communities, and the relationships we build within all of them is vital to our success.
