Come grow with us at Simplot Australia

At Simplot Australia, we’re in the business of Bringing Earth’s Resources to Life. Our people are central to ensuring we continue to deliver on our purpose of Contributing to Feeding Our World. Our business continues to foster a ‘Grow with us’ mindset and an impressive community of talent. For many, this begins with our Graduate Program.

Are You Ready to Grow?

Our two-year graduate program has been developed to guide our future leaders on a journey of growth. We aim to develop our future leaders through our two-year graduate program. Each graduate will have the opportunity to four rotations throughout our business, each six-months in duration.

  • Are you an innovative thinker?
  • Do you have strong analytical skills?
  • Do you look at the world with a growth mindset?
  • Do you like to be challenged?
  • Are you resilient and resourceful?
  • Do you have highly developed communication skills?

Yes? We’d love you to come grow with us!

What experience will I gain as a graduate?

Our program has been designed to give graduates broad exposure to our business. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse pool of talented and experienced people and gain exposure to our valued customers. You’ll be supported and coached by a manager, a mentor, and a buddy and the training you receive will combine both group and self-paced development.

Which areas of the business will I gain exposure to during the program?

At each intake, we offer graduate opportunities across the following divisions:

  • Innovation & Growth
  • Commercial
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain

Applications for the 2023 intake of graduates will open on Monday 11 July.
