Innovation  is also key to the Simplot Australia strategy of  enhancing well being and  meeting consumer needs now and in the future. The technology to produce new and innovative products is in constant evolution. Simplot Australia’ s brands are well known and trusted in Australia, New Zealand and selected Asian markets.
 
Nutrition

Consumers have a right to know nutritional information concerning the food they buy.  At Simplot Australia we take this responsibility seriously and constantly look for new ways to communicate nutritional information to make consumer choices easier.  We have devoted a section of this website to interesting and easy to understand nutritional information.  We also have recipes designed to help you in planning your daily requirement intake.
 
Research and Development

Simplot Australia conducts food and nutrition research both at its new research facility in Melbourne Victoria and in collaboration with partners such as Food Science Australia. See www.foodscience.afisc.csiro.au

At the Chifley Park  Research Centre in Mentone, Melbourne about  35 staff work in quality and safety assurance. Our laboratories operate to the highest international standards, and our scientists continually strive to find new ways of improving Simplot Australia's food manufacturing and bringing to consumers a wide range of food offerings.
 
Advertising Standards

Simplot Australia makes a determined effort to advertise in a responsible way, not misleading consumers regarding the benefits of a product and not encouraging dangerous or irresponsible consumption.  We also monitor to ensure that our advertising does not contain objectionable content and does not depict discriminating or offensive attitudes to religious, political, ethnic, cultural or social groups.
